Felt organization

My felt stash was getting totally out of control, so I knew I had to do something.

I used a piece of core board and cut it in half lengthwise, then glued the two pieces together using a hot glue gun.

Then I made my own bolt of fabric by wrapping the felt around it and securing the ends with elastic bands.

I arranged the bolts by color and put them in laundry baskets so I can quickly see each color and how much I have on each bolt.

Next, I have to clean out and re-arrange the spare bedroom where they are stored!  That's my next rainy day project....
